The annual Rockin' Mom Retreat is fast approaching and we want to help you get there! Are you ready to launch a campaign to help DSDN and provide a scholarship to you to attend the 2017 Rockin' Mom retreat?

We are asking you to rally your friends, family, and networks to support Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network's work. By becoming a fundraiser for Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network, you will help more families like yourself, and you'll help pay your way to Chicago this September!

$500 - Earn a retreat registration
$1500 - Earn the above and a 2-night hotel stay
$2500 - Earn the above and a $500 travel stipend
