Its hard to believe, but Colton is5! In honor of 5 years of Colton we are raising $5k for the DSDN to thank them for the irreplaceable support they have given us in the last 5 years. There are currently over 4000 families supported by the DSDN and the money raised will ensure that they can continue to support even more families just like ours for the next 5 years (and more!)

I am fundraising to support real change! Let's support good in the world and make a difference. Help us support DSDN and their mission to provide information, connections and support to new and expectant parents of children with Down syndrome, like us.

Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network (DSDN).

DSDN mission is to connect, inform and support new families at the time of diagnosis and to impact the diagnosis conversation so that every family receives accurate, up to date information along with the diagnosis.

DSDN offers families:

• Private, moderated Birth club groups for families from Pregnancy through age 3
• Topical Subgroups for families to more deeply connect around content that matters most to them (cancer diagnosis, IEPs, single parenting, loss, Spanish speaking, etc)

• Rockin' Family Fund programming to support families with:
  • Welcome gifts
  • Care gift cards
  • Memorial gifts
  • Scholarships for Ds related events
• Our annual DSDN Rockin' Mom Retreat to connect, inspire and recharge moms within our network

As of 2017, DSDN has a board of 8, more than 100 volunteers, over 20 birth club groups, 25+ subgroups and have reached to over 4000 members worldwide!

Unsure how much to donate? Whether its $1 or $1000 it all goes right to the families through our Rockin' Family Fund in the form of Welcome Gifts, scholarships, care cards, and memorial wind chimes.

$21= Down syndrome occurs when there is a 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome (wanna give more? make it $21/month for the next 5 months ($105 total) in honor of Colton rocking his extra chromosome for 5 years now!

$18.25 = $.01 for each of Colton's 1825 days of life! (wanna give more? multiply it by the number of people in your family!)

Any amount! (wanna give more? see if your employer has a donation match program to double your donation!)

$100 = this will provide a memorial wind chime to a family whose Rockstar has passed away (a meaningful way to pay it forward in honor of a loved one you have lost)
