Justin and I found the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network (DSDN) soon after we found out we would likely be having a baby with Down Syndrome. DSDN gave us something priceless: preparation, support, and reassurance. They connected us with information, real stories from other parents, and a community that truly understood what we were going through.

Our daughter is now six months old—and she is everything. She is joyful, curious, strong, and deeply loved. Down Syndrome is part of her story, but it does not define her limits or her potential. The community helped us navigate the stressors of being in the NICU and supported through her open heart surgery.

This fundraiser is personal to us. It’s our way of giving back to an organization that helped us prepare not just for a diagnosis, but for a life full of love, advocacy, and possibility.
