DSDN was the very first organization I found when we received our Down syndrome diagnosis during pregnancy. From the very beginning, they surrounded us with support, encouragement, and hope—helping prepare us for this beautiful journey even before our son arrived.
They sent us a thoughtful, welcoming basket and a handwritten card that we still have to this day. During such an uncertain and emotional time, that simple act meant more than words can express. DSDN gave me—and so many other moms—hope when we needed it most.
Beyond that first moment, DSDN continues to offer an incredible variety of support groups tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s unique dynamic. The connections my husband and I have made through DSDN have grown into lifelong friendships—these people have truly become family.
This organization is incredibly near and dear to my heart. I hope you’ll feel compelled to support the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network so they can continue providing comfort, connection, and hope to families just beginning their journey—just like they did for ours.
