They also provide educational information to doctors to help share current and accurate information helping make more and more diagnosis stories positive ones.

Here's the deal:
$20 per square
Payouts per quarter:

$250 to winner
$250 to DSDN

Total payout $1,000
Total donation to DSDN $1,000
Secure your square by sending payment through: Venmo: @sayecheese (my photo is a sunshine)
When you pay, pick your lucky square or squares and let me know the number(s). It's first-come, first-served – if duplicates occur, I'll ask for another pick.
Your support means the world! Thank you for coming together for a great cause and making this fundraiser a touchdown (haha, get it!?)!

P.S. Once the board is complete, we’ll go live to draw the columns and rows! Leighton and Scarlett will randomly select numbered balls from a bag to determine the placement.
