In many ways, there has never been a better time to have a child with Down syndrome, and yet we still hear of families not being given information or access to support when receiving a diagnosis. Help DSDN bridge this gap by donating today.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network. Plus, if I reach a certain goal, my registration for the 2017 Rockin' Moms Retreat in Chicago will be covered!
Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network is a non-profit organization that is 100% volunteer base. We are an online-based network that has made it our mission to support new and expectant parents of children with Down syndrome by providing information, connections and support. We currently support almost 3500 families that have a child with Down syndrome, with an emphasis on diagnosis and early childhood.
Your donation goes to:
- Helping educate doctors about how to properly deliver a Down syndrome diagnosis
- Welcome gifts for new families
- Scholarships for our annual Rockin' Retreat and other Ds related conference or educational classes
- Sending care packages to families going through hospital stays or other tough times
- Memorial gifts for families who have sadly lost a child with Down syndrome
- Supporting the annual Rockin' Mom Retreat that allows moms of children with Down syndrome around the country to connect, recharge, and inspire.
