When our daughter Kali was diagnosed with Down Syndrome, our world changed in ways we couldn't have imagined. DSDN became our beacon of hope and support during this transformative time. They connected me to a pregnancy support group where I found fellow moms navigating similar paths, and then to a birth group as Kali entered our world. These connections have grown into a family of support, understanding, and shared experiences.

The most profound impact DSDN has had on our lives was through their annual Rockin' Mom's Retreat. It was here that I found a community of mothers sharing support, advice, and encouragement. Writing letters to mothers who had just received a diagnosis, sharing stories, and making lifelong connections has shown me that we are not alone in this journey.

Kali's journey, though filled with unique challenges, is a story of strength and determination. She lights up our world and is a living testament to the bright future that awaits children with Down Syndrome.

DSDN is not just an organization; it's a network of support, education, and empowerment for new and expectant parents facing a Down Syndrome diagnosis. It's about improving the diagnosis experience, providing accurate information, and fostering lifelong connections. As the largest national organization in this field, DSDN has been a cornerstone for over 22,000 parents, helping navigate this uncharted territory with compassion and expertise.

By supporting this fundraiser, you're not just helping us; you're part of a larger movement to illuminate the path for countless families embarking on this journey. Your contribution ensures that DSDN can continue its mission of connecting, supporting, and educating families like ours, turning a diagnosis into a journey of hope and empowerment.
